COMFORT GUARANTEE

At Cloud 9 we are concerned about your health and your sleep. We understand that occasionally a customer will purchase a mattress that doesn’t provide them with the comfort and support they’d hoped for. To take the worry out of your mattress purchase, we offer our valued customers a Comfort Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the mattress you purchased at Cloud 9, you may exchange it for another of equal value or you may exchange it for a more expensive mattress and pay the difference between the two. Since experts have established that it takes a few weeks to adjust to a new mattress, you may make your exchange anytime between the 30th and the 45th day after purchase. After 45 days exchanges will no longer be available. For an exchange to be considered, the mattress must be covered by a mattress pad or mattress cover from the time of delivery and must be free of stains, marks, burns, damage, and odors. Exchanges are subject to a redelivery charge of $65. One exchange per customer. Electric adjustable bases, closeouts, floor samples, and special orders, as well as accessory items including but not limited to pillows, sheets, and mattress protectors are excluded from this program.

To take the worry out of your purchase we offer you, our valued customer, a price guarantee. If you find another retailer offering the same or a similar product for less, we will match their price.
