CLOUD 9 DELIVERY
Please ask a salesperson or call a showroom near you. You are required to accept the delivery of your mattress with a signature, so please make the appropriate arrangements. Delivery includes at no extra charge:
 
           1. Mattress setup and
           2. Taking away old mattresses.

Instructions for Unpacking your new mattress

- Your mattress will be delivered in a plastic seal and an outer protective cardboard box
- Before removing any inner plastic packaging, always check to ensure you have received the correct mattress.
- Please ensure your mattress is fully aired in order to dissipate the odors associated with any brand new product.
